I have bad or no GPS after installing baseband 6.15

Many users reported this. This is a side-effect of installing the iPad baseband onto a phone where it doesn't belong to. You were warned before doing this. Currently there's no solution for this problem except buying a new iPhone. Maybe in the future there will be a baseband downgrader tool.
